St Margaret’s has a 50-metre Olympic pool and a 25-metre lap pool, netball, basketball and tennis courts and an indoor sports centre within its school grounds.
The Philip Harris Sports Centre houses an international standard gymnastics facility, indoor multi-sport playing court, weights training room and an outdoor amphitheatre.
St Margaret’s also operates Windsor Park at Albion. A 10-minute walk from the school, Windsor Park offers students two large ovals for touch football, hockey and soccer, a clubhouse and change rooms. There are also four all-weather netball courts, a full 400-metre running track, high jump and long jump pits and an international standard throwing area.
The St Margaret's Rowing Shed, which fronts Breakfast Creek, is just 1.5km from the School. From Breakfast Creek, rowers are able to train on the Brisbane River, predominately along the Hamilton and Bulimba Reaches. St Margaret’s owns a fleet of boats, including three VIIIs and ten Quad Sculls, Coaches boats and rowing ergometers.
