Co-Curricular Activities > Cultural > Mooting
Mooting is a competition based on legal argument. The purpose of mooting is to enhance students' insight in to the manner in which law is conducted in the court system.
It differs from debating in that mooting requires participants to apply research, advocacy and teamwork skills and to representat a client in legal debate.
Mooting is available to Legal Studies students in Years 11 and 12, as part of the Bond University High Schools Mooting Competition.
