The P&F Association is further enhanced by Support Groups that operate under its umbrella to serve the needs of the girls at the School. Specifically, these groups are:
- Arts Support Group
- Athletics/Cross Country Support Group
- Boarding Support Group
- Gymnastics Support Group
- Hockey Support Group
- Netball Support Group
- Rowing Support Group
- Swimming Support Group
- Tennis Support Group
Each of these represents a group of parents who are keen to support a particular area by way of assisting in the organisation of events, fundraising and other activities to support the girls involved in these activities.

The Old Girls' Association encourages past students to maintain active and supportive contact with the School. There are branches of the Association in Sydney, country areas and overseas.
St Margarets Alumni are able to keep in touch with what is happening at the School through the St Margarets Flyer and Foundation Pen.
